 Passport biodata page
 Disembarkation/ Embarkation (D/E) number (if applicable)
 The applicant's recent passport-sized, digital, colour photograph taken within the last three months
 Personal information of the applicant and the sponsor, including current and past marital details, educational background, employment history, and financial support
 Personal information of the applicant's parents, spouse, children, and/or siblings (if applicable)
 Singapore address, email address, and contact details of the applicant and sponsor
 Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, American Express card, or online banking details


Student's Pass:

 Confirmation of enrollment from the school
 Passport biodata page
 Birth certificate of the applicant (if applicable)
 Personal information of the applicant, including a list of countries/regions previously resided in, educational background, employment history, and financial support
 Singapore address, email address, and contact details of the applicant
 The applicant's recent passport-sized, digital, colour photograph taken within the last three months
 Visa or Mastercard credit/debit card, American Express card, or online banking details


Dependent's Pass (DP):

 Passport biodata page
 For spouse applications, a copy of the marriage certificate (translated and notarized)
 For child applications, a copy of the birth certificate with parents' names indicated (translated and notarized)
 For adopted child applications, relevant adoption certificates (translated and notarized)
