Is it possible for WP to apply for PR?

We all know that WP cannot apply for PR. But what if someone who currently holds WP wants to apply for PR in the future? Is there any way to achieve it? Yes, there are these three directions.

As a Supplementary Application

WP cannot apply for PR separately, but if their spouse is SC/PR/EP/SP, they can apply for PR.

Upgrade Your Education and Switch to Other Work Passes

Except for WP, almost all other work passes in Singapore have educational requirements (at least associate degree or bachelor's degree or above), such as SP and EP. Both SP and EP can directly apply for PR, so if WP wants to apply for PR, they can improve their educational level through studying.

Apply for EntrePass

There is no requirement for educational background for the EntrePass. WP is not limited by educational background and can apply for the EntrePass first. After the EntrePass is successfully approved, they can operate the company. After 12-24 months, they can apply for PR.
