Application requirements:

2. Need to register the company first (with local directors registered together)

3. Need to meet the salary requirements and scoring system of the human resources department

4. Need to have a local business address

Application Process:

1. To apply for an employment pass, one must first register a company and rent a local business address. After registering a company and submitting the application, the results will be available about a week later;

2. Then apply for an employment permit, which requires posting a job advertisement first. It is recommended to post it for one month;

3. Afterwards, you can submit a pass application, and the results will be available approximately two months after the permit application is submitted;

The entire processing cycle is close to 3-4 months.

EntrePass

Application requirements:

Applicants or shareholders are required to bring patents (meeting innovation requirements)

Application process:

1. For entrepreneurship permits, if the applicant does not have a patent on their end, they need to purchase it first. We provide a service for purchasing patents, and the processing time for purchasing patents takes about 3 months;

2. The patent application can only be submitted after purchase, and the results will be available approximately two months after submission.
