The Singapore EntrePass is suitable for individuals who are interested in starting a business and subsequently immigrating.

The EntrePass, also known as the Business Entry Pass, is a pass for foreign entrepreneurs that is jointly reviewed by the MOM and Enterprise Singapore. It is suitable for continuous entrepreneurs, high-quality innovators, or experienced investors to immigrate by running a venture backed or technologically innovative enterprise in Singapore.

Application Requirements

1. Company conditions

1) You can apply directly without registering the company first.

2) The company receives venture capital support or possesses innovative technologies.

3) Several specific industries are not eligible for application.

2. Personal conditions

1) Over 18 years old, with plans or already registered companies in Singapore, planning to hold at least 30% of the shares

2) Meet one of the five innovation conditions

01 Fill out the application form
Download and fill out the application form.

02 Sign the application form
Sign the PDF application form electronically, once signed, the form cannot be edited anymore.

03 Payment application fee
Pay the application fee.

04 Prepare supporting documents
Prepare various supporting documents listed in the application form.

05 Submit Application
Submit your application online.

06 Preparation and application cycle
If the company has already been registered and the registration deadline exceeds 12 months from the application date, it will be evaluated based on the renewal criteria.

Immigration Strategies

1. Dependant Pass (DP)

Available for spouses and unmarried children under 21. Requirements include:

a. One year of company operation
b. Hiring 3 local employees, or 1 Professional, Managerial, or Executive (PME).
c. Minimum expenditure of SGD 100,000.

2. Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP)

Allows Entrepass holders to apply for their parents. Conditions include:

a. One year of company operation
b. Hiring 6 local employees, or 2 PMEs.
c. Minimum expenditure of SGD 200,000.

3. Permanent Residency (PR)

Direct PR application is possible.

Documents Required

1. Personal data

a. 2 passport type photos
b. Copy of passport (personal information page)
c. Resume (basic information, education, work experience, business experience, awards, personal expertise, etc.)
d. Previous work certificate and recommendation letter (required for those without business experience)
e. Highest education certificate (translation is required, and China's junior college degree or above requires the certification of www.chsi.com.cn)
f. Other individual awards or professional qualification certificates (translation required)
g. Personal deposit certificate (both Chinese and Singapore banks)
h. Patent certificate or copyright certificate (translation required)
i. Other personal materials (based on personal situation)

2. Company information (if the applicant has a company in China, it must provide it. If there is no company in China, it needs to strengthen personal work experience)

a. Business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate
b. Equity certificate
c. Financial statements of the company for the past three years
d. Other company information (such as brochures, websites, photos, leases, office photos, awards, etc.)
