ONE Pass
Starting from January 1, 2023, Singapore has opened up applications for a new pass, the Overseas Networks&Expertise Pass (ONE Pass), which targets top talents in the fields of business, arts and culture, sports, technology, academia, and research.
There are many benefits to this pass in Singapore, and eligible applicants can start, operate, and work in multiple companies in Singapore simultaneously.
ONE Pass is a personal pass related to individuals, providing greater employment flexibility:
1. You can first enter Singapore to live and then find a job;
2. Not limited to employment with any employer, and not subject to the FCF and the COMPASS when seeking employment;
3. During the certification period, applicants are free to switch companies without the need to reapply for a new pass.
Tech. Pass
Technology License, Tech Pass，It is a new type of pass launched by the Singapore Economic Development Board in 2020, aimed at attracting top global technology talents to Singapore, promoting the development of Singapore's technology ecosystem, and further consolidating Singapore's leading position as a regional technology hub.
There are only 500 global quotas available, with high requirements and correspondingly better treatment. Tech.Pass breaks employment restrictions and meets certain conditions to directly settle, work, or start a business in Singapore.
PEP
PEP, Personalised Employment Pass, is a pass open to foreign professionals by the MOM, which is more flexible in terms of work compared to other passes. Specifically reflected in the following points:
1. No job restrictions, can work in company departments (special industries require relevant certificates).
2. During the validity period of the PEP, even if changing jobs, there is no need to reapply for the permit, just notify the human resources department.
3. With this pass, you can stay in Singapore for 6 months without a job in order to find job opportunities.
