LOC Application Requirements (All Must be Met)
1) LOC applicants need to obtain the offer in advance
2) The validity period of LTVP/LTVP+ shall not be less than 3 months
How Long It Takes to Apply for LOC
Within 1 weeks for most cases.
Duration of LOC (Whichever is Shorter)
1) The valid period specified by the employer during the application
2) The duration of LTVP/LTVP+

Who Can Apply for LOC?
If DP starts a company and serves as a director, they can apply for LOC. Attention! You can only operate the company after obtaining the LOC.
How Long It Takes to Apply for LOC
Within 4 weeks for most cases.
LOC Application Requirements (At least One must be met)
1) Sole proprietorship owner of a Singapore-registered company
2) Partners of a Singapore Registered Company
3) Director(s) who actually hold at least 30% of the shares in a Singapore-registered company
LOC Renew Requirements (All Must be Met)
1) At least one Singaporean citizen/PR must be recruited
2) Pay at least 3 months of CPF for local employees
Duration of LOC (Whichever is Shorter)
1) One year from the issuance date of the LOC
2) The duration of DP
3) Subsequent updates will follow the validity period of the DP
