Singapore Launches AI‑Tech ONE Pass

Policy Update: The End of Tech Pass
The former Tech Pass was capped at 500 global slots with a validity of only two years. The new ONE Pass (AI and Tech) removes quota restrictions. It has no nationality requirements, no global cap, and a validity of 5 years, offering long‑term stability for tech talents working in Singapore.
For family benefits, spouses of ONE Pass holders can work in Singapore directly upon obtaining LOC approval, without applying for a separate work pass. Holders are not tied to a single employer. They can start businesses, work for multiple organisations or serve as consultants. No new pass application is required for job changes. The salary threshold follows the standard ONE Pass requirement, with a minimum monthly income of SGD 30,000 over the past 12 months.
