In Singapore, the majority of International Schools have made significant educational investments. First and foremost, International Schools offer a variety of  facilities. An example can be seen in Stamford American International School that not only has a 53,000 square meter campus but also prepares their pupils for International Competitions. Facilities such as indoor gymnasiums, dance studios and golf facilities along with the incorporation of new technology that provides opportunities for pupils to improve their overall quality while able to interact with professors or lectures from all over the world.

It shouldn't be an issue if all of the paperwork is properly filed according to the list of requested documents prepared by the Educational Institution. Admission to International Schools is not limited; however, only Senior Students are required to complete an entrance examination of the school to evaluate the grades the student can enter.

The majority of Educational Institutions provide one-stop teaching services from Nursery School all the way to High School as the Institution has developed courses of various levels stage by stage for students based on their category. Furthermore, the Institutions have a diverse range of extracurricular activities such music, art, drama, sport, media,  language and other competitive sports. As a result, it is able to promote the development of a student's comprehensive quality but also able to satisfy as a requirement criteria when applying to prestigious international universities. 

International schools commonly place a strong emphasis on building students' international perspectives, which is especially true in Singapore, which is a world class city. To begin with, international school students are more diversified. For instance, student at Nexus International School (NEXUS) comes from the United Kingdom, United States, South Korea, China, Australia, Japan, India, and other European nations, creating an international learning environment for students. The majority of the teachers are from all over the world as well thus students will have the opportunity to interact with prominent  teachers from all around the world. These, I feel, will be extremely beneficial in strengthening student’s international perspectives.

Many parents hesitate to send their children to overseas school as they are concerned and uncertain as to whether the qualifications (ie: Certificate) obtained is recogniseable world-wide or just a few selected countries. The truth is, the Singapore Education System is ranked at a World-Class Standard and certifications and degrees earned are globally recognized. Most international school certificates, such as the IB, IGCSE, and A level, are worldwide recognized in Singapore, and the pass rate of the Singapore IB diploma is substantially higher than the global average, so student’s do not have to worry about applying to universities in the future.
