Employment Pass (EP) is granted by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to foreigners (professionals, managers, executives or directors), who wish to relocate and work legally in Singapore. This is the most versatile work pass that covers the majority of foreign working professionals in Singapore.Immigration via Employment Pass is one of the main routes to Immigrate. Employment Pass (EP) holders have a higher chance of obtaining Permanent Residency (PR) status compared to other pass holders.
Application Process
- 1Submit an application85% are processed within 3 weeks,some will take longer.
- 2Receive In-Principal Approval Letter (IPA)Enter Singapore and get Employment Pass card.
- 3Apply for Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)Applicants can apply for PR once their passes are issued. Factors such as applicant’s education Level, incomes, family ties, etc will be taken into consideration.
