What's Next?
Eligibility
As a foreigner, you may be eligible to apply for permanent residence if you are a/an:
    ● Spouse of a Singapore citizen or Singapore permanent resident (PR)
    ● Unmarried child aged below 21 years old, born within the context of a legal marriage to, or have been legally adopted by, a Singapore citizen or PR
    ● Aged parent of a Singapore citizen
    ● Holder of an Employment Pass or S Pass
    ● Student studying in Singapore
    ● Foreign investor in Singapore.
Documents Required
    ● Digital Passport-Sized Photograph
    ● Valid Travel Documents and Passes
    (i.e. EP or SP pass)
    ● ID card (if any)
    ● Birth certificate or official household registration book, required Recording parents' names
    ● Proof of name change (if any)
    ● Proof of highest education (including all higher education diplomas), transcripts, professional licenses/membership certificates and vocational certificates
    ● Letters of recommendation from past employers, indicating the nature of work, Term of employment and final basic salary (if any)
    ● Salary slips for the past 6 months
    ● Incumbent letter from the company you are currently working for, which must indicate the date of employment, position, and monthly salary for the past 6 months. Breakdown of wages, overtime pay and monthly allowances. Write to the Controller of Immigration, dated within one month from the date of submission
    ● IRAS Consent Letter for ICA to request and verify the financial information related to this application directly from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore;
    ● (Self-employed) Valid Business registration certificate showing the name of the partner
    ● (Self-employed) Occupational licenses related to your work (e.g. vendor license, business license, real estate agent license)
